Learn MoreLipedema Care
Lipedema is often mistaken for ordinary weight gain, leaving those who live with it feeling dismissed and told to simply try harder. We provide expert-backed resources and guidance to help you make sense of lipedema and the options available to you.
Legs or arms that changed shape in a way the rest of your body did not. Tenderness that makes ordinary contact uncomfortable. Bruising you cannot account for. A heaviness by the end of the day that rest does not fully undo.
And alongside it, advice that never quite worked: eat less, move more, try again. If you have been managing that for years while being told it is simply weight, what you are describing may be lipedema.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and getting clarity is the first step. Our resources can help you see what’s really going on.
Lipedema is a lifelong condition, and there is no single appointment that resolves it. What changes things is understanding what is driving your symptoms, and having a plan you can keep up with day to day.
That is what our books, courses, and coaching are built to do. You learn what is happening in your body and why, which options fit your situation, what to do when a flare hits, and how to keep your progress going. You work through it from home, at your own pace.
Start wherever fits your needs and your budget. Everything below builds on what came before.
Where to Start
Start wherever you are. Each option builds on the last, from our free community to our complete guided program.

You May Have Coverage
Insurance coverage for compression garments and pneumatic compression pumps can be confusing. Our team helps you understand your benefits, identify the equipment you may be eligible for, and navigate the process from start to finish.
Coverage and eligibility vary by plan and individual circumstances.
No. Lipedema is a distinct condition affecting how fat is distributed and stored, most often symmetrically in the legs, hips and sometimes the arms. It typically does not respond to diet and exercise the way general body fat does, which is why so many people are told to keep trying the same things without result.
No. Many of the people we see arrive without a diagnosis, or after years of being told something else. Part of what happens in a consultation is mapping what you’re experiencing and explaining what we’re seeing in plain language.
Coverage varies by plan and by individual circumstances, so we can’t say in advance. What we can do is check: our team runs a free verification for compression garments and pneumatic compression pumps, then walks you through what your plan shows.
Yes. Virtual consultations are available, and much of our program and education work is designed to be done from home. We’ll talk through what suits your situation.
That depends on your stage, your symptoms and what your plan involves, so it isn’t something we predict in advance. We’ll set realistic expectations together at your consultation and track progress from there.
There is no cure, and we won’t tell you otherwise. Lipedema is a long-term condition, but it is manageable. Our goal is to help you reduce pain & inflammation, improve mobility & energy, and give you a routine you can realistically sustain.
