Will my insurance cover this?
Yes—this program is completely free to you. We’ll verify your insurance benefits and check to see if you qualify for a compression pump or medical-grade garments. Most plans do offer some level of coverage, and we’ll handle all the paperwork so you know exactly what’s available to you before moving forward.

Will I need a doctor's referral?
North Carolina is a Direct Access State, meaning no referral is needed, however we will need the contact information of your Primary Care Provider to help with co-signing for the necessary devices.
How long will it take to get my pump or garments?
Once we verify your insurance benefits, garments can arrive in as little as 4 days, and pumps typically take around 4 weeks, depending on your coverage and provider response time. We’ll guide the entire process and keep you informed every step of the way.
What happens after the consultation?
After your consultation, we verify your coverage, coordinate with your primary care provider and a local DME company to submit the necessary paperwork, and start the process of ordering your pump or garments. You’ll know exactly what’s happening every step of the way.
